Within 7 days of receipt of your download email, you may request a refund for any Un-downloaded software for any reason.

Please note that we cannot provide a refund for any downloaded software. If our records show that the software item has been downloaded then we offer no refunds what so ever.

We believe we have given enough information about the items we sell for customers to decide if a certain item is right or not. Most of our items have a further link for more detailed information.
